The expansion of this commercial building enables the addition of two new leasable spaces.

As lead consultant, Atelier MAa oversees the design process, coordinates all disciplines, and manages the project from concept development through construction. Having received CCU approval, the intervention introduces a contemporary architectural expression that responds to the objectives of Châteauguay’s PIIA guidelines.

Construction is currently underway, with completion scheduled for January 2027.
