This study explores the renovation of a mezzanine once used as showrooms for the various tenants in the textile industry. Now vacant, the space is being reimagined to give it a new purpose. Its conversion into office space allows for the requalification of the site, revitalizing circulation areas and creating a contemporary, functional, and engaging environment, while attracting a new clientele.
