The expansion of this commercial building, located along Curé-Labelle Boulevard, aims to optimize the potential of the site by increasing its leasable area while establishing a distinctive architectural identity.

The new intervention is characterised by a highly glazed façade and an articulated roofline that reinforce the building's presence along the boulevard. By bringing the built volume closer to the street, it redefines the building's relationship with the commercial corridor and strengthens its presence within the streetscape.

The transformation also extends to the site through a reconfiguration of the parking area, access points, and circulation routes. The reduced presence of parking along the street edge, combined with an increased presence of vegetation, improves pedestrian movement and creates a more welcoming relationship between the building and its users.

Through site reorganisation, the increase of its leasable capacity, and the renewal of its architectural expression, the project strengthens the potential of an existing building while establishing a contemporary presence within the Curé-Labelle commercial landscape.
