In the heart of the Quartier Central, Folfol turns the ground floor of 555 Chabanel into a Syrian street-food restaurant. The project reworks the existing glass storefront: tall arched windows set the rhythm of the ground floor, while floral graphics, characteristic of the chain, applied to the glass filter the view in and mark the restaurant from the street.

New signage gives the place its identity. The Folfol sign and its band run the length of the façade and mark the corner of the building occupied by the restaurant. Inside, warm materials, terracotta and ceramic, carry that same Syrian identity through.

Open to the street, the storefront makes Folfol a landmark of the Quartier Central, rooted in its textile heritage and open to its future.
