Located along Henri-Bourassa Boulevard East on a constrained corner site, the project consists of a six-storey residential building comprising 38 rental units.

Drawing from the heterogeneous built context of the neighbourhood, the façade features a playful composition of brick in varied tones, echoing the colours and textures of the surrounding buildings.

The residential offering includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units (3 ½, 4 ½, and 5 ½), responding to a range of residential needs. Several units are universally accessible, and the majority are adaptable for people with reduced mobility, supporting an inclusive living environment.

Designed with energy performance principles in mind, the building achieves a 56% improvement in efficiency compared with the requirements of the 2015 National Building Code, reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
