This new building stands at 8900 Boulevard Maurice-Duplessis, in the borough of Rivière-des-Prairies, on a site bordered by several public streets, in a mostly residential setting.

Where a boulevard lined with multifamily buildings, shops, and residential avenues of varying scales comes together, the site brings a diversity of typologies and building sizes.

The proposed massing responds to this variety of scales through a play of volumes and setbacks that moderates how the built mass is perceived. Its colour palette, drawn from the tones of the neighbouring buildings, supports this composition and roots the project in its surroundings through a sober, nuanced expression.

The building holds 45 units over six floors, with commercial space at street level and two levels of underground parking.
