This project consists of a rear extension and major renovation of a single-family bungalow, reorganizing the layout to better suit the needs of a growing family.

The extension was designed to enlarge and enhance the main living spaces, kitchen, dining room, and living room, resulting in generous rooms, while preserving the intimacy of the bedrooms, a balance that's harder to strike when every room sits on a single level.The kitchen, previously small and enclosed, has been transformed into the heart of the home. A large central island creates a natural gathering point for cooking, dining, and everyday family life.

At the rear, large windows strengthen the connection between interior and exterior, a relationship central to the design.
